Community Through Colors is working in collaboration with Cornell University under funding from the U.S. Department of Energy to develop a 50kW renewable energy project at La Finca de Hamberto in Vieques, Puerto Rico. The project will demonstrate the potential for hydrogen power and how the technology might complement other forms of renewable energy such as solar.

Footprint Project used Solar Energy International (SEI) curriculum to train workers from Puerto Rico communities in the design and installation of a 2.5KW PV battery system, to help with Mutual Aid Disaster Relief efforts after hurricane Maria.
