We are excited to share our La Finca de Hamberto farm internship opportunities! We have nearly 0.5 acres of land in fruit and vegetable production and an additional several acres of pasture for our livestock. Our twice-weekly harvest allows us to regularly supply local markets and restuarants with fresh produce and donate any surpluss to the community kitchen. At La Finca de Hamberto, we follow organic crop proceedures to offer the best quality product available.


Our 2023 interns worked with us to design, plant, grow, irrigate, and harvest from our new hoophouse. We produce a variety of local crops, including gandules, papaya, and yuca, as well as high value vegetable varieties, such as arugula, mustard, radish, and bok choy. This means we get to experiement with different grow styles!
